Terms of Service - CryptoDirect

1. Introduction

Welcome to CryptoDirect, a service operated by HYPPE TECH LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our blockchain monitoring service.

By accessing or using CryptoDirect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

CryptoDirect is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides blockchain monitoring and webhook notification services. Our service helps you monitor cryptocurrency transactions on your own non-custodial wallet addresses.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer

CryptoDirect is NOT a payment processor. We do not handle, custody, transfer, or process any cryptocurrency payments. We solely provide monitoring and notification services for blockchain transactions that occur on public blockchains using addresses you own and control.

3. Compliance and Security Screening

To maintain service integrity and comply with legal obligations, we implement security and compliance measures:

3.1 Address Screening

We may check cryptocurrency addresses against publicly available blacklists, sanction lists, and databases of addresses associated with illicit activities. This includes but is not limited to:

OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions lists
Known addresses associated with ransomware, scams, or fraud
Addresses flagged by law enforcement agencies
Addresses associated with terrorist financing or money laundering

3.2 Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if addresses you monitor are found on blacklists or are associated with suspicious or illegal activities. We may also be required to report such activities to law enforcement.

3.3 No Guarantee

While we implement these screening measures, we do not guarantee detection of all illicit addresses or activities. You remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining custody and control of your cryptocurrency wallet addresses
Securing your private keys and wallet access credentials
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Ensuring proper tax reporting and compliance for any cryptocurrency transactions
Verifying the accuracy of transaction information before taking any action
Implementing appropriate security measures for your webhook endpoints
Ensuring addresses you monitor are not associated with illegal activities
Conducting your own due diligence on transaction sources

5. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranty. Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

4.2 No Liability for Funds. We have no custody, control, or responsibility for any cryptocurrency assets. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your cryptocurrency wallets.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring. While we strive to provide accurate and timely monitoring, we do not guarantee the detection of all transactions. Blockchain delays, network issues, or service outages may affect our monitoring capabilities.

4.4 Limited Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. Not a Payment Processor

We explicitly disclaim any role as a payment processor, payment service provider, money transmitter, or financial institution. CryptoDirect:

Does NOT custody, hold, or control any cryptocurrency funds
Does NOT facilitate, execute, or process any payments or transfers
Does NOT provide financial, investment, or tax advice
Does NOT guarantee the legitimacy of any transaction we monitor
Is NOT responsible for the actions of third parties using your addresses

Our service is designed to help you save money by monitoring your own wallets more efficiently compared to traditional payment processors that charge percentage-based fees.

7. Fees and Payments

We charge $1.00 USD per successful webhook delivery. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Credits and Refunds

8.1 Credit Purchases. Credits are purchased in advance and used to pay for webhook deliveries. Each successful webhook delivery costs 1 credit ($1.00 USD). Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8.2 No Refunds. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted back to cash under any circumstances.

8.3 Credit Usage. Credits are consumed only when webhooks are successfully delivered to your configured webhook endpoint. Failed deliveries or monitoring activity without webhook delivery do not consume credits.

8.4 Service Termination. In the event of account termination or service discontinuation, any unused credits will be forfeited without refund or compensation.

💡 Important

Please purchase credits carefully and only in amounts you expect to use. We recommend starting with a smaller amount to test the service before purchasing larger credit packages.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to provide our service. This includes blockchain addresses you provide, transaction data from public blockchains, and webhook delivery information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time without prior notice. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYPPE TECH LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
